• Designed Navigation Pilot, an AI-assisted driving concept grounded in 8 driver interviews, surfacing contextual road risks and decision support across mobile and in-vehicle experiences.

• General Motors (2024): Designed a luxury in-vehicle ambiance concept for the Cadillac Lyriq through UX research and high-fidelity Figma prototyping, refined with feedback from GM design professionals.
• Square (2023): Ran task-based usability testing on Square Online’s merchant fulfillment workflow, uncovering three critical issues and delivering nine prioritized design recommendations.
